With the KOL drop, I wanted to go back to a feel good era of mine : the 90’s .
Being an early 90’s baby, this era remind me my youngest and recklessness day, filled with laugh and joy.
Back then, during the summer I was mesmerize by the women wearing what we call today mom jeans/shorts with knotted shirt on top of them. It was such an easy, unfussy yet elegant silhouette.
With the Sade shirt, I wanted to recreate that recklessness yet elegant aesthetic specific to 90’s.
I chose a light ethereal linen fabric as a symbol of my dreamy memories.
The KOL drop being an ode to 90’s , this shirt was named after a women who embodies a recklessness, unfussy yet elegant woman, the singer Sade.
